WHY CHOOSE JEWELL HAIR CO.

Jewell Hair Co. was formally established in January 2019. After owning and working behind the chair for over 12 years we decided to expand and offer a retail and educational side to our salon. "Hair extensions have always been a passion of ours and we wanted to be able to offer more to our clients". After months and months of research, testing and travel we believe we have manufactured one of the highest quality extension lines on the market.

WILL EXTENSIONS DAMAGE MY HAIR

I'm sure everyone out there has heard a hair extension horror story. What that comes down to is the client has either tried installing or removing their extensions themselves, the stylist is not properly trained in the method or the client has not been properly educated in at home maintenance. If done properly, with the correct home care, extensions will not damage your hair.

WHAT METHODS DO YOU OFFER

We offer our popular Luxe Hybrid Wefts. These wefts are customizable and buildable to accommodate each and every guest.  We are absolutely obsessed with our HIDDEN JEWELL METHOD. It leaves you with no visible beads, a seamless weft and you are able to do quick touch ups without removing the hair. 

HOW SHOULD I CARE FOR MY EXTENSIONS

Please refer to the insert included with your purchase.We highly recommend consulting with a trained stylist so you can have a customized home care regimen set for your individual needs.

HOW MANY GRAMS OF HAIR IS IN EACH PACK

Our hair is now sold in individual wefts! This provides the utmost in creative control for a unique and customized look for each guest. Each weft is approximately 20-25 grams. Our lengths are 18/20" and 20/24". For example, if you buy 18" wefts they actually measure out to 20" with a tape measure. We recommend 6-8 wefts for a full head application.

WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY

All extension sales are final. No returns. Exchanges are allowed only for new un-opened and in its original packaging. Customer pays return shipping. We do want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you believe there are manufacture defects in the product received, please email us right away at info@jewellhairco.com. Altered hair voids all manufacturer warranties. Please consult us if you need help with color matching!

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING OPTIONS

All in stock orders will be shipped the next business day. Pre-orders will take approximately 5-10 business days for shipping. Please select your desired shipping method at check out. We also offer free local pick up in our salon, the same day. Any expected shipping delays will be posted. Please check our facebook and instagram for updates as well.

STYLIST DISCOUNTS

Our hair extensions are sold to licensed stylists and students attending cosmetology school. Stylists interested in purchasing can do so first by emailing us a copy of your license or school enrollment form at info@jewellhairco.com. Bulk orders can be arranged by email at a favorable discounted rate.
